Silicon rubber glass fiber cloth which is made of glass fiber cloth as the base cloth, is produced by coating or calendering.It has the functions of acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, high and low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

Performance:

1.Used for – 70 ℃ to 230 ℃.

  1. Ozone resistance, oxygen resistance, light resistance and climate aging resistance, good weather resistance in the field, life up to 10 years.
  2. With high insulation performance, dielectric constant 3-3.2, breakdown voltage 20-50kv /MM.
  3. Good flexibility, surface friction, good elasticity.
  4. Chemical corrosion resistance.

Main applications:1. Electrical insulation: silicone cloth has a high level of electrical insulation and can withstand high voltage load. It can be made into insulation cloth, bushing and other products.2. Non-metallic compensator: silicone cloth used as flexible connecting device of pipeline. It can solve the heat bilges cold shrink to the destruction of the pipe. Silicone cloth with high resistance to high temperature, anticorrosion, aging resistance, good elasticity and flexibility, can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, cement, energy and other fields.3. Anticorrosion: glass fiber cloth coated with silicone rubber can be used as an internal and external anticorrosion layer for pipelines, with excellent anticorrosion performance and high strength. It is an ideal anticorrosive material.4.
