Characteristic:
1.High density polyethylene (HDPE) is white powder or granular product of non-toxic and tasteless. The crystallinity is 80% ~ 90% and softening point is 125 ~ 135℃. Working temperature could be up to 100℃.
2.Hardness, tensile strength and creep properties are better than those of low density polyethylene.
3.Wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance are good.
4.It has good chemical stability, and is insoluble in any organic solvent at room temperature. It is resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion.
5.It has thin films which have little permeability to water vapor and air ,so it has low water absorption.
